Return Procedure
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  Contact customercare@herbaldiet.com to receive your RMA number along with return instructions and necessary forms.

Send us all unused products, original product labels and/or empty product containers along with the signed forms to:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit to HerbalDiet.com.  We recommend that you keep proper proof of delivery for any package you ship and obtain insurance on your package.

Please allow 2-7 business days for refund and return processing once we have received your RMA package. If instructions are not followed properly it may delay this process.
